Hands that have known this soil for generations

Our farm in Ajjakadirenahalli, Chikkaballapur, sits on Karnataka's fertile red-soil plateau — land that has grown food without chemicals long before "organic" became a label. The families who work here didn't change their methods for a certificate. They kept their methods, and the certificates followed.

After harvest, every branch is hand-carried to the sorting area where the team strips each leaf individually — stems out, only the finest leaves kept. It takes many hands and many hours. That is why every 150 gram pouch represents a day of careful, unhurried work.

Inside our ventilated poly-tunnel drying facility, leaves are spread on mesh racks and dried gently with circulating air — no direct heat, no nutrient loss, no hurry. The result is a powder that is as close to the living leaf as powder can be.
